This unit is pet friendly; we allow for a max of two pets (cat/dog) per unit. Individual pets cannot exceed 50 lbs There is an additional pet rent per approved pet!

Tenants are responsible for water/sewer and gas, electric is included. Lawn care and snow removal are included!

Our typical minimum requirements for renters are:
-Income 2.5x monthly rent
-Good Credit History
-Good Rental History
-No Evictions
-No Smoking (this includes vaping)
