Cozy one bedroom available on September 1st! This unit features high ceilings, tall windows, a large kitchen, and off street parking for one vehicle! Washer and dryer hookups are in the basement.

This unit is pet friendly, we allow for a max of two pets (cat/dog) per unit. Individual pets cannot exceed 50 lbs, and if there are two, the combined cannot exceed 100 lbs. There is an additional monthly pet rent per approved pet. There are some breed restrictions, so please contact us for the full list.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Lawn care and snow removal is included with rent.

-Good Rental History
-No Smoking/Vaping
-No Evictions
