Spacious Lower Level 2 Bedroom Unit! This unit features a large dining room and lots of windows! There is shared garage for one car for each unit, as well as a basement with washer and dryer hookups!

Tenants are responsible for utilities. Lawncare and snow removal is shared between the upper and lower units.

This unit is pet friendly; we allow for a max of two approved pets (cat/dog) per unit. Individual pets cannot exceed 70 lbs., for 2 pets, their combined weight cannot exceed 100 lbs. Please see our website for any breed restrictions. Pet fees apply.
